John W. Hamm, Appraiser/Owner

I have many years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Starting at an early age, I started helping and learning about the construction building trade with my father, Raymond J. Hamm, who was a Residential Builder, Realtor/Broker and Real Estate Appraiser. So, in 1975, my passion for appraising developed through first hand experience accompanying my father in the field and through numerous appraisal courses. I am a Wisconsin Certified Real Estate Appraiser.

Since then, many changes have taken place in the Appraisal Field, and I have taken every step in staying abreast of those changes.
